Bobby has spent a career focused on solving business problems. He lost his mother, sister and other family members to cancer and other terminal diseases. His focus to live life and to inspire others to be seen and to see others, while we still can.

While talking to his sister, as she was nearing her end, he asked her what was the most important thing that she hoped others had learned from her life, she replied:

"That their job is to find beauty and love everywhere, and when you can't find them, put them there."

This impacted Bobby's view on the world and his role in it.

This is one way that he is trying to live out his sister's challenge.
